IN YOUR ARMS

Finally feeling out of last place. I tell you baby, its a long race. Been without the sunshine but right now I can feel it on my face. It feels like I'm in LA, burned alive inside of a heat wave when you walk my way. Maybe someday they'll find me in your arms. But for right now, If I could fix my car I'd never look back, it wouldn't be that hard.

MY WAY BACK 2 U

I can't find my way back to you, you lost your cool and I did too. You held it in your hands like I knew you would. "There's nothing wrong." Wash it down again, you'll know, you're better off alone.

ROOM FOR TWO

There's nothing left to do except go to bed. I can't even talk and I can't sympathize. I'll pass away in my cozy twin-sized coffin where there's all too often room for two. Even if I return my clock, I'd never get that time back spent crying over you.

STINKIN' UP YOUR MIND

So the last one came and went, forgotten like your old password. Cast from the shores of your mind but darling, that ain't my kind. Throw me at a wall, I'm the one that sticks, the one you try to wash away but the stain remains the same, just a time stamp on your brain. Tell me sugar, whats wrong with me that you gotta turn the heat on to make me freeze. I feel the ice in my veins. I'm stuck wondering what to do, cause you still call me up when you're feeling blue. Don't you get tired of being so confused? Stinking up your mind like the harbour in the summertime.

DRY SHOW

I was punched in the face by an aging punk outside of a house show a few years back. I recall that. I guess I shouldn't have said anything in defense of those kids. Their only crime was doing cocaine with the sketchy dude you invited but who invited you? You stood outside gatekeeping with an open beer, arms folded you wore a sneer. They were nothing like what you lost. When you really get a taste for it, it really sucks you in. They want to be your friend. You want to run away. Makes you want to walk home.
